Scoping

The City is kicking off the Housing Action Plan (HAP) by starting to scope our goals for the HAP and how we envision engaging the community so our plan best represents the people who live, work, and play in the City of Bothell. During this phase we created a list of objectives and goals for our project and met with Planning Commission and City Council to better understand the City's vision around the HAP.
