We need more condos or small houses/adu's for first time buyers, we can't only focus on over a million dollar houses in bothell or rental apartments.

Cottage courtyard housing for purchase would be great too!

    Agreed, we should incentivize starter homes by reducing minimum lot sizes and setback requirements. I also think we need more condo development for affordable home ownership
